Tarrifs

The prices below are a rough guideline to our charges and are based on 2 persons sharing.  Prices can be negotiated depending on the length of stay and how many persons are sharing the accommodation.

 

Included in our prices are all utilities and overheads – this includes central heating, hot water and electricity but for moderate & normal usage.

 

Also included in our prices are bed linen, towels & a welcome pack.

 

For short breaks & overnight stays, the cost is to be settled prior to arrival.  For longer term lets, rents are to be paid weekly in advance.

Unfortunately refunds can not be given unless 7 days notice prior to arrival is given.

Please note we are a NON VAT registered business

Company credit cards are welcome and we accept on line banking payments

 

WELCOME PACK

The apartments are offered on a room only/self catering basis but we do provide a welcome pack with the following items:

• Tea, Coffee, Sugar
• Choice of Cereal
• Milk & Fruit Juice
• Bread, Butter & Conserves

NB – These items are purely complimentary & are subject to change without prior notice.

 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

We do not stick to set times for check in but will require guests to notify us of a rough time of approximate arrival as it may be necessary to arrange someone to greet guests in our absence.   On departure we would ask guests to vacate between 1030 & 1100am but this is flexible to some degree.

 

PAYMENT

At present we take CASH, CREDIT CARD or Online banking.  Cheques are no longer acceptable unless paid & cleared in advance.  We would ask you to pay prior to arrival.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refunds are not possible unless we are given 7 days notice of cancellation and a small admin fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Because of the age and construction of the building, the accommodation on offer may not suit everyone.  There are 5 steps to the front of the building and both 12A & 12B are situated on the top floor of the building and accessed by stairs only.  Victoria Park is also located on a hill as Weston is in a valley and we are just off the level.
