Our Apartments

Here at Aparthotel Timbertop we have 3 self contained apartments which are all self contained & fully furnished with comfortable & useable furnishings.  The decor is simple but sympathetic to the age of the building.  The size and layout do vary substantially due to the construction of this large Edwardian 3 storey townhouse.  12A & 12B are both located on the top floor of the building, which does mean 3 flights of stairs however, the views from 12A more than make up for this.

WELCOME PACK

The apartments are offered on a room only/self catering basis but we do provide a welcome pack with the following items:

  • Tea, Coffee, Sugar
  • Choice of Cereal
  • Milk & Fruit Juice
  • Bread, Butter & Conserves

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

We do not stick to set times for check in but will require guests to notify us of a rough time of approximate arrival as it may be necessary to arrange someone to greet guests in our absence.   On departure we would ask guests to vacate between 1030 & 1100am but this is flexible to some degree.

 

PAYMENT

At present we take CASH, CREDIT CARD or Online banking.  Cheques are no longer acceptable unless paid & cleared in advance.  We would ask you to pay prior to arrival.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refunds are not possible unless we are given 7 days notice of cancellation and a small admin fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Because of the age and construction of the building, the accommodation on offer may not suit everyone.  There are 5 steps to the front of the building and both 12A & 12B are situated on the top floor of the building and accessed by stairs only.  Victoria Park is also located on a hill as Weston is in a valley and we are just off the level.
